Be aware: Before using it for the first time, remove the blue insulating film and charge it to avoid any issues caused by low battery.

Turning the device on and off
Automatic Power On: When you remove the earbuds, you will first hear a voice notification, followed by a prompt indicating ‘pairing’.
2. Manual Power On: If the earbuds are powered off, press and hold them for 3 seconds until you hear the voice notification saying ‘On’.
3. Automatic Off: When you place the headphones back in your ears, if the battery is low, a voice notification will inform you of ‘Low battery’, and the headset will automatically shut down for a brief period.

Charging process
When the earbuds are placed in the charging case, the internal indicator will illuminate. The charging light will appear white.
Once the earbuds are completely charged, the charging light will go off.
While the charging case itself is being charged, the LED will blink and will stop blinking once it is fully charged.

Here’s how to operate it: To change tracks, hold the left earbud for two seconds to go back to the last song, and do the same with the right earbud to move to the next track. For volume control, double-tap the left earbud to lower the sound, and double-tap the right earbud to raise it. Tap the left or right earphone three times to activate the voice assistant.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Exchanges

Vendors will only replace items if they are defective or damaged before getting to you. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at admin@85ruller.shop, also contact the vendor either by email or phone and send your item back to the vendor.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to the vendor you purchased from. The store address and contact details are available on the store dashboard.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
